Nearly 215,000 patrons have viewed movies at the Windsor since reopening in 1999. In 2006, over 33,000 people attended shows at the Windsor averaging 648 people per week.
Creative Cinema Promotion (CCP) is an on-screen presentation featuring advertisements of participating businesses and organizations. The program displays a “Welcome to the Windsor Theatre” animation, and other segments such as a concession ad, a theatre rules announcement, movies of the month, potential coming attractions, movie trivia, and community events. The CCP program begins at least 30 minutes prior to each showing of a movie.
The CCP is video only. There is no audio. This form of advertising is non-intrusive, unlike some "commercials" that can be loud and annoying. Theatre patrons can talk amongst themselves and watch the advertising as they wait for the movie to begin.
In addition to being on the screen, a particular advertiser will be listed on the Windsor's website. If the advertiser has a website, it will linked to the Windsor’s website.
